Hotel tenants manage guest stays through the Orders / Bookings experience with hotel-specific terminology and clients.

List UI may use the hotel bookings client instead of the standard F&B orders table. Page titles follow industry terminology (Bookings instead of Orders).

Setup prerequisites

  1. Room types — inventory categories and rates.
  2. Manage locations — properties/branches.
  3. Reservations — guest holds and policies where table/venue booking applies.

Typical flow

  1. Guest books via storefront or front desk creates a booking in Orders/Bookings.
  2. Confirm booking → update status through stay (check-in, in-house, check-out) per your property SOP.
  3. Complete or cancel with required reasons; process refunds from detail when payment allows.
