List UI may use the hotel bookings client instead of the standard F&B orders table. Page titles follow industry terminology (Bookings instead of Orders).
Setup prerequisites
- Room types — inventory categories and rates.
- Manage locations — properties/branches.
- Reservations — guest holds and policies where table/venue booking applies.
Typical flow
- Guest books via storefront or front desk creates a booking in Orders/Bookings.
- Confirm booking → update status through stay (check-in, in-house, check-out) per your property SOP.
- Complete or cancel with required reasons; process refunds from detail when payment allows.
