Who can use this

Signed-in customers enrolled in a merchant loyalty program (loyalty account created on first earn or enrollment).

Loyalty tier progress

Card Loyalty Tier Progress shows current tier, points toward next threshold, progress bar, and tier ladder (e.g. Silver / Gold / Platinum point thresholds).

Recent activity

Lists point transactions (earned, bonus, redeemed) with descriptions and dates.

Minimum redemption and expiration are set by the merchant in admin loyalty program.

Implementation note for support

The customer loyalty client may use demonstration/mock data in some builds while API integration is completed. If balances do not match real orders, verify against admin Customer → Loyalty tab and point transactions before treating as a production bug.

Verify it worked

  • After a qualifying purchase, Current Points or Total Earned increases (allow processing time).
  • Redeem Points applies a reward on checkout when configured.
