View upcoming and past restaurant reservations, including pre-orders linked to a booking.

Who can use this
Signed-in customers with reservation records tied to their customer profile.

Empty states
- Upcoming: No upcoming reservations — You don't have any upcoming reservations. Book a table to get started! with Book a Table button.
- Past: No past reservations — Your completed reservations will appear here.
Reservation card information
Each card typically shows:
- Scheduled date/time and party size
- Location (sub-organization / merchant name)
- Table number (when assigned)
- Status: PENDING, CONFIRMED, SEATED, COMPLETED, CANCELLED, NO_SHOW
- Special requests
- Linked pre-order summary (when
orderis attached)
Upcoming cards may show pre-order actions; past cards do not.
Steps — book a new reservation
- From empty state, click Book a Table,
or open the merchant storefront reservation flow:/store/{slug}/.../reservations(when online reservations are enabled). - Choose date, time, party size, and contact details per storefront UI.
- Optionally add a pre-order during booking.
- After confirmation, verify the booking under Upcoming.
Steps — manage existing reservation
- Open
/customer/reservations. - Select the reservation card in Upcoming or Past.
- Use on-card actions (modify, cancel, view pre-order—labels depend on merchant policy and status).
Cancellation rules follow merchant reservation settings (e.g. cancellation hours, deposits).
Verify it worked
- New booking appears under Upcoming with status PENDING or CONFIRMED.
- After visit, reservation moves to Past with COMPLETED or SEATED.
