Accept a staff invitation

Join an organization as a staff member using the email invitation link.

Route

/invite/{token}Staff Invitation

Prerequisites

  • Valid invitation email from your organization's admin
  • Invitation not expired (valid for 7 days after send)

Steps

  1. Open the invitation link from your email.
  2. Review organization name, role, and assigned locations on the Staff Invitation screen.
  3. Choose one path:
    • Sign In & Accept Invitation — you already have an account; enter password.
    • Create Account & Accept Invitation — enter first name, last name, password, confirm password.
  4. After success, you are redirected to /staff.
  5. Read Understand staff permissions if menus look incomplete.

Verify it worked

  • You land on the staff dashboard without errors.
  • Assigned locations appear in the invitation summary before accept.
